Princess Daisy and Toadette were both hanging out in the harbor near Daisy's tropical circuit, because nothing beats hanging around in the sunset lit Daisy Circuit. The two females encountered an all yellow colored flyer that coincidentally flew in their direction. Daisy grabbed the flyer, looking at it as she waved it at Toadette.
"Hey, look at this!" Daisy shouted, pointing out the obvious as she took a sniff out of the letter, tilting her head. "I don't know why it has this weird old smell."
Toadette held her hands together as she gasped, tilting her mushroom capped head. "Golly, Daisy, what is it?"
Daisy smiled, turning to Toadette and waving the flyer around. "It's says that whoever can find the elusive Yellow Shell gets a free party! That sounds fun!" She held the letter close to her. "You know how much fun I can be!"
Toadette squealed as she held her hands together, jumping up and down with joy. "Oh goody goody! That sounds fun! Let's go find it!"
Suddenly, a bright, speeding yellow shell zoomed past them, hurdling towards the western direction, heading up the grassy hill. Daisy and Toadette looked at each other as they ran right after the shell, beginning what was undoubtedly another stupid fetch quest. However they were faster than they remembered as they managed to catch the shell, cheering as they were bouncing about, standing over one of the green hills overlooking the seaside circuit.
"Yay, we caught it! Now we can have a party!" Toadette squealed.
Daisy laughed as she nodded her head. "Yeah, I can be such a party pooper! Literally!" She then bent over to let out a huge bassy fart, fanning the air while laughing. "Ooh that was ripe!"
"Ew! I had my mouth open!" Toadette giggled as she stuck her tongue out, responding with a bubbly fart as she winked. "But you're not the only stinky one here!"
Daisy and Toadette laughed as they tried to see who was the gassier girl in a farting contest, with the evening turning night after they finished. They both sighed of relief as they turned to each other.
"As fun as it is to stink it up, maybe we should go and actually throw this party." Daisy suggested as she was picking her nose for boogers.
"Yeah, but do you think anyone will come?" Toadette commented as she had her arms wrapped around the back of her pink mushroom cap. "I mean, you know how crazy we get!"
"Oh I'm sure we'll do fine." Daisy remarked as she began picking her ears for any ear wax hidden within it. "After all, everyone loves us!"
There was an awkward silence as Toadette coughed, with Daisy frowning as she placed her hands on her chest. The two girls decided to head to a different location, with the two picking the forest area surrounding the Moonview Highway as they noticed all the citizens and tourists dancing on the buildings in the city, with the two girls glancing at each other as they were standing on one of the turnpike tolls.
"Well we found a place where people will wanna party!" Toadette said as she brushed back her pink pigtails. "But do you think they'll wanna party with us?"
"Heh, trust me. They definitely will." Daisy said after taking in a lot of soda, wiping her mouth as she let out a huge burp that shook the entire highway, with several city lights going out as everyone stopped what they were doing, including the various vehicles going in and out of the city.
