Hinata and Shino are on a mission to the land of water to bring to their home a merchant family who r in grave danger of an illness that's having unfortunate effects. What will happen when they get lost in the woods alone for days till found. What will happen when they r alone. But as they arrive the blame starts flying and the two ninja are left in the angry family's fire.

"Shino." came Hinata's soft voice.
The shinobi turns toward the girl standing only feet from him. "Yes hinata?"
"I was wondering if we could rest for a while, my head hurts." she said rather quietly.
"Of course, would you mind if I leave you to go find a camping spot?" he said as he set down his stuff.
"No I'll be okay, you go ahead. I'll be fine." she gives him her stuff as she sits on a tree stump by the road. Hinata settled in as soon as another headache did. She had tried to ignore the pain and knew that all the running to keep up with her partner was only making matters worse. She should have claimed ill and not accepted this mission. "I wonder if he has found anything yet." she said as she got up.
Looking around at the forest she saw many lovely things. Butterflies adorning bright flowers, birds chirping in song, and the sweet sight of a doe and her fawn nuzzling in the sunlight. She was starting to get a migraine. She absentmindedly started rubbing her head. Not seeing Shino as he walked back to fetch her.
"Hinata." came Shino's deep voice. "You should have told me you had a headache." he said watching her rub her temples.
"It's not that bad!" she said but was too late as he knelt in front of her and chanted a few words in a strange dialect. He then rose up and put his hands on her face, rubbing her temples with his thumbs. She started to get a numb feeling all over her body.
"Wha-what are you doing?" she stuttered.
"Soothing your headache, why?" he said, his only seen expression was his eyebrows moving with the word why.
"Um...I was just curious, I feel kind of sleepy." she said as her eyes began to close. Shino's hands moved up to fell for a fever. Not feeling one he removes his hand slowly and smoothly. His head was lowered which caused his sunglasses to fall down a little. His eyes were half open. With eyes full of sleep she looked down to see just a glimpse of his hazel eyes. She gasped.
His eyes immediately went u to hers and them he forced them closed and breathed deeply. Calmly his hands kept up their gentle movement over her face now being at her jaw. "What is it Hinata?" he said even though he knew his eyes were burned into the mind of his shy teammate.
"Oh nothing, just...nothing." she said as she looked to the right then the left. Hell anywhere that wasn't into his amazing gaze. "So when are we leaving?" she turned to look him in the face at last. A fiery blush creeping onto her fair skin as he looked at her again.
Her mind was reeling from her previous glimpse of her teammate's lovely eyes. She had wondered about them but never asked the boy. She felt him start to move away as he was done.
He let her go and moved back a step. "Now." he turned on her and strode into the woods. Hinata followed at his brisk pace. Guessing he didn't think much of it.
A sultry voice stopped them in their tracks, tsunade!
"Hinata." she shouted. "Come here please." she sat on a branch while hinata leapt to her.
"yes hokage-sama." Hinata replied happy to see her.
"I need to speak with you about shino." She looked down to the boy. "Aburame, go to your camp and let us speak in private."
With a simple nod he went off to their camp leaving the kunoichi to themselves.
With a heavy sigh tsunade looked at the poor girl. She had wished to send another on this mission but they were all so busy that the only available ninja left was her. She smiled to her as she started to explain her reason for their talk.
"Hinata there is something Shibi had said to me when I sent you two away but it evaded my mind until you had already gone."
A very bewildered Hinata looked at her. "What do you mean hokage-sama?" her voice had a slight shake in it.
Choosing her words with care so as not to frighten the poor girl she said. "Well hinata as you're probably aware that shino has just turned 17 and has seemed to act and look differently." At a hesitant nod from the girl she continued. "Alright well his father warned me about the effects this mission will have on him." She stated
"Effects?" Hinata said quietly.
"Well yes he is at the moment in a stage that is much like that Kiba went through last year when he and Sakura were caught together in the compound." She said gauging the timid girl's reaction. She hadn't seemed to pick up on her meaning yet. Perhaps a more direct approach?
With a heavy sigh she began again. "Hinata, shino is going through a phase that makes him want to choose a mate. His urges can be withheld if he so chooses to do so." She looked into Hinata's eyes. "But that is only if nothing stimulates him."
Hinata stared at her like she had grown two heads. "I uhh I-I think it won't be a issues hokage-sama." She said looking to the ground.
Not feeling like she was comfortable with the announcement she tried to reassure the girl. "Hinata I know that this may complicate the mission but I think you're a capable ninja." She gave her a pat on the back and bid her a farewell.
Hinata stood there probably for at least ten more minutes before she decided to head to camp as the sun had started its decent to the earth. Upon her return she caught a heavenly scent that made her stomach growl. Over a rather small fire was around four perfect little fish. All cooked to a amazing tenderness. The camp was in perfect order not a thing outta place. Her teammate was not where to be found however.
Going to look for her missing teammate she came across a mass amount of chirping noises by the soon to be moonlit river. Investigating these strange noises she sees a figure by the bank. Not thinking she walks up to the figure. Only to see them turn towards her with a brown eyed glare. A little frightened she backed up a step, forcing her mind to calm herself. The figure stands, shirtless. Her eyes start to get a grip on this mystery only to gasp when she sees none other than her own teammate kiba.
