When you first see him, you realise he's really tiny. He's just as big as your thumb. It really perks you as to why he's so tiny. But you don't grumble. Even if he's so tiny, he's still Rin. Your beloved character. Right?
He doesn't know you but you already know him so you hold out your hand to greet him.
So, when he sees you, he does the first thing he can. He bites you. Hard.
You wince. Even if his body is so small that you can literally crush him with just your fist, his bite reminds you of a mosquito bite.
He's still chomping on your flesh, so hard it draws blood.
You wince more and he notices it. His baby blue eyes glance up at you. They are still full of distrust but also hold some hurt for causing you pain.
He stops what he was doing and runs off to your cupboard, searching for first-aid box. The box Yukio always kept with him.
You watch amusedly as he rummages through it, even though he can't possibly reach so high.
In a last ditch effort, he jumps, only to land face first on the counter.
He groans at the impact while rubbing his face, only to realise that the item he'd been looking for was sitting innoncently on the table top.
With a dash, he picks it up and hurries to your side. You surprisingly haven't even moved from your position.
Unwrapping the band-aid, he puts it on your finger with such gentleness that you yourself are surprised.
It takes him some time, but he finishes the task and huffs, sitting beside you. He then wraps his tail around your finger, unconsciously.
You smile. You love the feeling.
It makes you love him even more. So, that's what you do.
You raise him and put his tiny body in your open palm and smother him with kisses as he blushes furiously.
