Ever since November 11 was killed by Decade, MI-6 wanted April and July assassinated as well, considering them dangerous liabilities. MI-6 ignored the fact that a contractor would not necessarily go rogue over an irrational behavior such as revenge. Although humans presumably knew that contractors only made rational decisions, they could not begin to understand the depths of a contractor's soul. Humans were not contractors, and contractors were not human. However, having made an enemy of her, April had already decided that the most logical course of action was to destroy MI-6 before they destroyed her.
April's white Lamborghini sped down the streets of Shinjuku, the government agent's cars were nowhere near as fast, and April was gaining speed and losing them.
"Helicopter." July said from the back seat.
April used her power to summon dark storm clouds that caused the helicopter trailing them to crash to the road; the explosion set the MI-6 cars back even further from catching them.
After taking a swig of beer, she pulled the car over; grabbed July's gloved hand, and left a bomb in the car so that she could not be traced. They ran through an alley way to escape view of specters, nevertheless there was a contractor standing in their way.
It was February 2nd, the MI-6 contractor with the ability to paralyze an opponent with eye-contact. April kept her gaze averted, but she knew that using her power would draw MI-6 directly to their location. Before she could think of a way out, February 2nd was attacking her. April's combat skills were more refined and she was able to parry away and give her enemy a kick to the face, she pulled out her silver revolver and shot, but he ducked. She fired consecutively, but the agent was too fast. He came at her with a kick after counting her rounds were threw. April used her arm to block the kick and used her other hand to throw the gun into the agent's face, when he backed up, disoriented, April took the chance to slash him with the dagger she had pulled from her coat. But before she made contact, she got careless and let herself look into February 2nd's eyes.
Instantly she could not move. She felt frozen, and even her eyes could only stare straight forward, they were even starting to sting from the prolonged unblinking exposure to air.
February giggled, "At MI-6 I'm considered a rookie, and your skills are renowned as being one of our top agents, but it seems I've defeated you within a matter of seconds." He began to unzip his pants, "Oh, you see my payment is public urination. It's only public if someone is watching."
As he urinated on the side of the building, he had to keep eye contact with April or his power would break. Behind him, a dark figure appeared. April thought it was the Black Reaper, but then the urine began to freeze up to the source and February 2nd screamed. The dark figure broke the MI-6 agent's neck and threw him to the floor. The hold on April broke and she readied herself to fight. July, who had been standing far behind walked up and held her hand.
"Come with me." the man said.
