Deep in outer space, Green Lantern, Hal Jordan flies around in deep though. Something large speeds past him quickly and quietly. He didn't see what but he knows that it's headed straight for Earth. He flies after it as fast as he can but it is moving at a much faster speed.
On Earth in the city of Metropolis Clark Kent and Lois Lane are covering a story when a large object falls out of the sky and into the river that separates Metropolis from Gotham City. Everyone is curious to know what just fell into their waters. Clark disappears and changes into his costume to check things out. As Superman he floats over the water and adjusts his eyes just right to see a large tentacle come out of the water and straight towards him. He manages to avoid the tentacle only to see three more start to wrap around the beams holding up the bridge that connects Metropolis and Gotham.
Green Lantern flies in to save the people on the bridge from this thing from space. Superman sees this hero that he's heard of saving the people so he goes underwater to battle the creature. As soon as he's underneath a tentacle smacks out of the water.
Elsewhere this underwater battle is being watched by someone using a magic orb. The woman runs up the steps of a temple and when she reaches the top she stops to look at sparkling armor laid out just on top of a table. She puts on the armor and leaves the temple to go to the beach just beneath the temple. She walks up to the waters takes one glance back and then flies off into the sunset.
In Gotham Batman is in his Batwing flying towards the scene where the creature is destroying the bridge. Batman drops bombs on the waters to try and stop the creature. Green Lantern is amazed to see that stories of a Batman are true.
Under water Superman is being bashed by the tentacles of the creature. A stinger comes out of the end of one of the tentacles and is headed right for Superman when a golden triton stabs it. Superman looks over to see a man breathing underwater. They both grab a tentacle and try to pull the creature away from the bridge. Superman ends up going near some kryptonite that's under the water and is over powered by the tentacle which throws him out of the water and straight into the Batwing. Batman is knocked unconscious by the hit and the two heroes plus the Batwing fall towards the river. An alien flies out of the sky and flies right through the Batwing and pulls Batman and Superman out. Superman regains his consciousness and goes back down to help Green Lantern with the people on the bridge. A large part of the bridge falls over and Superman grabs it before it falls over. A woman flies onto the bridge and grabs a car before it falls into the river. All the guys are amazed at the sight of her.
"Are you all going to keep staring or are we going to stop this thing!"
