Please note that I fully realize that in the actual song-fic challenge you have to write the fic in the amount of time the song lasts. Guess what I don't give a rat's a$$ about? That limit. I am going to write a quality fanfiction. And you can't stop me.
So, yea. Let's get started, shall we?

Song: When The Day Met The Night
Artist:
Panic! At The Disco
Characters: Young!Techno, Young!Dubstep

When the sun found the moon
She was…in a garden…
When the moon found the sun
He looked like he was barely hanging on
But her eyes saved his life…

So he said, "Would it be all right
If we just sat and talked for a little while
If in exchange for your time
I give you this smile?"

So she said, "That's okay
As long as you can make a promise
Not to break my little heart
Or leave me all alone..."

Wub boom wubba dub boom wub! thought Dubstep as he walked through a Japanese garden. It was only a few feet from a cliff edge. A few feet from peace.

Suddenly he heard a feminine voice crying out through the trees. "I'm such a freak!" it screamed.

"Wub?" Dubstep called. He regretted speaking immediately. No one was able to understand him. Why should this girl be any different?

"Who's there?" the voice called back.

He followed the voice until he found a small teen about the age of sixteen, like him, sitting on a stone bench, crying. "Boom dubs wub. Wubba?"

"I'm fine." She wiped a tear from her eye. "I'm Techno. I like your name, by the way. Dubstep has a nice flow to it."

Dubstep was very shocked. "Bzzk wubba boom wub bub?"

Techno nodded. "I can understand you just fine. Everyone makes fun of me for being able to speak a 'nonexistent language'."

She blinked away another tear. Dubstep couldn't help but notice the beauty of her eyes. "Dub woom bub zzk boom." He waved and continued walking, but Techno ran after him.

"No! You can't do that! I understand you! Plus, I've only just met you."

"Wub bzk zzkzkzzk dubba boom?" Dubstep smiled.

"That'd be great, actually." Techno walked over to the bench and motioned for Dubstep to sit next to her. "Just don't walk away again."

And he didn't.

And they talked. They talked about anything and everything. They laughed and cried all the way until the sun began to set and the sky cast a golden glow across the garden.

Maybe this summer will be better, thought Techno.

And it was.

Yay! Sh!tty fanfiction! And for you: Yay! Reading sh!tty fanfiction by people that know they can't write but insist on doing it anyway!
