Works To Hard

Megatron walked into his Command Center with his annoying Second following, bickering as usual.
"I'm just saying that if you would let me have a Science lab, then we could possibly get an advantage in the war."
"I'm not wasting resources on giving you something that's probably not going to work in my favor. I will not be giving you free range to make weapons that you will probably use on me." Megatron growled in annoyance.
"but- Aww look!" Megatron looked back at the seeker, who was pointing off to the left. Megatron looked to where he was pointing and stared.
On the floor, curled up in recharge, was Soundwave. "That is so cute!" Starscream whispered so he wouldn't wake up the sleeping Third.
Megatron just continued to stare. "You've been working him to hard. You should let him take a break." Starscream continued to whisper.
"Were at war Starscream, do you forget that?" Megatron growled at his SIC's incompetence.
Starscream pointed at Soundwave, "Look at him. He's been working so hard that he fell asleep at the terminal. Come on just give him a day or two off. He needs it." Starscream said, sounding sympathetic.
Megatron thought for a couple of minutes and then said, "Alright. I'll let him have a few days off." and then he walked over to his TIC and gently picked him up, so he wouldn't wake up the recharging mech.
When he stood up, Soundwave curled up, trying to get closer to the warmth of Megatron's spark. "Aw! That's adorable!" Starscream gushed at the cute scene.
Megatron had a barely noticeable smile on his face as he gazed upon his recharging TIC. He carefully carried Soundwave out of the Command room and towards Soundwave's sleeping chambers. Surprisingly no one was in the hall to see their lord carry his sleeping Third.
When he got to Soundwave's door, Megatron carefully shifted him to one arm and punched in the override code before walking in. the room was large, but barely had any objects in it except a large berth and data pads. He walked over to the berth and placed Soundwave down in the middle.
Megatron turned to walk out of the room, but a hand grabbed him around his waist, pulling him backwards, where he fell on his back onto the berth. The still recharging mech next to him snuggled up into the Warlord's side with his arm draped over Megatron's chest.
Megatron struggled for a couple more minutes before giving up and just lying there. Soundwave let out a small content sigh and snuggled closer to Megatron. The Warlord sighed in defeat as he closed his eyes and fell asleep long side his TIC.
AN: For some reason I was thinking while I was writing Starscream telling Megatron to let Soundwave take a break, I was thinking it was a plot to try to get control over the Decepticons and that wasn't what I was going for at all. Starscream is treacherous even when he's not trying to be.
