Where did this come from? Whatever. This is basically in mockingjay when Katniss is at the riot (can't remember which district) and she ran into a random alley. That had a guy. With a gun. Failed.

Katniss watched as the man with the gun prepared to shoot. There was nobody to save her, nothing to stop the bullet. The man started to pull the trigger, sealing her fate. She squeezed her eyes shut; waiting for death.
SHPLAT!
Instead of piercing pain Katniss opened her eyes and saw her would-be killer on the ground with an arrow clean through his head. She looked around wildly for her saviour only to notice a small figure about 300 feet away on top of a tall building. The figure raised a bow and Katniss tensed, knowing the person could probably kill her right then and there. A silver arrow came out of nowhere and landed between her feet. A small piece of paper was carefully tied to it. Katniss carefully untied and read it:
Shoot straight mokingjay. Our thoughts are with you.

P.S. ever get sick of boys gives us a yell, we''ll find you.
Katniss stared at the note for a few seconds then looked back at the girl. She raised her at in a salute and ran across the roof, disappearing quickly.
