Chapter 1: Prologue
When Peggy Carter and Howard Stark raided a Hydra base after Captain America disappeared they had found Hydras ultimate weapon Frostbite. This is her story. Okay so this is just a filler before I start the real story but I have good faith in this story and I was inspired by hobbithope to write this and its based a little off his story but it has a twist of mine and it not really like his story just sort of the same powers.
