New Recruit
Another new field assistant for the Arc, just great, Connor thought, another thinks inside the box trained monkey whose objective was to reduce the workload on the ARC team but instead spent the whole time shoving his head as far up Lester's arse as he possible could; and this guy would be no different.
Lester entered and announced, "This is Dr Elizabeth Raven," a girl in about her twenties had entered swiftly after Lester.
She looked about twenty-three, Connor speculated, she had buoyant red hair that fell onto her beautiful pale face, she was dressed in long black jeans and a white/ blue stripy top; she looked smart but ready to get her hands dirty.
Abi walked up to her and shook hands "I'm Abi."
"Abigail" Connor unsubtly coughed out. Becker sniggered.
Abi shot them both death glares and apologised to Elizabeth.
"It's okay I get that from my friend Laura constantly; and it's just Lizzie by the way."
"Cool" Abi replied, " Nice to meet you, Lizzie."
" Back at you." Lizzie added " Abigail." She smiled at Abi to let her know she was kidding.
He introduced to the rest of the team; everyone liked her she was just one of those people you can't dislike.
Connor decided that this field assistant wouldn't be too bad.
