It was cold, really cold. The kind of cold that permeated two coats, two pairs of sweat pants, and a toboggan. But he didn't care, he was under a vicious assault of snowballs by a blue eyed, hazel haired beauty, Rosa, The name floated through his mind like a feather on a breeze. She was wearing a pair of jeans ( They were rather skinny which infatuated Nate all the more ), a parka, and an adorable Joltik beanie). A well placed snowball by Rosa to his chest knocked him out of his daze. He saw her giggle and run behind a pine tree. Nate took this a challenge and walked slowly and stealthily toward the huge pine tree, forming a snowball all the while. He then slipped between the itchy branches which completely obscured anything in the tree. He quietly emerged inside the tree. He saw a glimpse of Rosa's yellow beanie through the branches on the backside of the tree. He made his way slowly as not to disturb Rosa's sense of security, through the maze of protruding branches until he was directly behind Rosa on the other side of the tree. He counted in his head 3 2 1 and then he pounced emerging through the tree as fast as a hungry Garchomp. He tackled her landing them both in a thick snow drift. Rosa shrieked and then realized her attacker was Nate and sighed a sigh of relief. Then she said "that wasn't funny Nate!" in her most pouty voice. Nate replied "Yes it was" then Rosa raised her eyebrows and gave Nate her sassiest look. Nate thought, man how I'd love to wake up seeing those blue eyes every morning of my life, and summoned up all of his courage and scooted towards Rosa and kissed her playfully on the cheek.
