This is a tiny drabble I came up with. Enjoy.
Just as he created the Science of Deduction and threw away unimportant knowledge, Sherlock tries to lock away his emotions so they don't bother him or his work.
He is very successful at being apathetic, but sometimes, emotions bleed through.
He was protective over Mrs. Hudson when she was attacked.
He fell in love with the extraordinary Irene Adler, whom he still sees frequently.
He was deathly afraid when Moriarty threatened those he cares about.
And now, he weeps silently as John stands at his grave.
