Gray fingers toyed with a small doll, a cheshire grin plastered across the Noah's face. She had been sitting in a rather large chair, one that was obviously not made from someone of her small size. Her legs rested over the arm rest, as her back leaned against the other. Her cheshire grin simply hiding the fact that her heart ached.
Heart ache, a sign of weakness. The downfall of any Noah. Normally, her heart ached for a certain exorcist, but lately it had been quite the opposite. Her heart ached, yearned, and wanted her master. A small part of her was disappointed in herself for falling so dependant on the Earl of Millennium. It was foolish of her to think she had a chance with someone so perfectly insane.
She knew she was her master's favorite. He told her that close to daily. The Earl and The Exorcist. The only people she dared to kiss, love, and want.
Road continued to tug at the plushie's arms, lost in thought.
Most may call her odd, but she loved the Earl even before he had been in his human form. She still found him somewhat attractive. When in his normal form, (which much resembled a purple penguin) she found him rather cute. However, she had to admit. The human form was much more pleasing.
Road became so lost in thought, so distracted with the small Earl doll in her hands, she seemed to not even notice the other presence enter the room. It was not until a hand was placed on top of her hand, did she notice.
"Hello, Road~" Grinned the Earl, patting her head softly, "Did you miss me?" He asked, poking fun at the doll in her hands.
Road stared up at him, and soon directed her attention to the ground. "Hello Earl-Sama." She nodded her head. She found herself almost embarrassed to call herself a Noah.
The Earl easily picked the girl up, sat himself on the chair, anad placed her gently on his lap, a grin still in place. "It's okay to miss me, Road." He plainly stated, wrapping one arm around her.
Road rested her on his chest, looking up at her master. "Isn't it a weakness to care about someone too much?" Although serious, her voice managed to keep it's playful tone.
"Am I weak in anyway?" The man asked, raising an eyebrow at his beloved Noah, awaiting a response. Although, it was obvious what the answer would be.
"No, of course not!"
"Then it's not a weakness."
