I don't own these lovely characters.

Luke saw Lorelai in the distance and felt his stomach lurch. He didn't know how she became more beautiful everyday.

Since the first day in the dinner, when Lorelai approached him for coffee, he knew that this woman was the one.

Luke saw Rory walking towards him. She looked lovely in her lavender dress picked out so delicately by both her and Lorelai.

"She looks beautiful." Rory said, looking at Lorelai laugh at something Miss. Patty said.

"That she does, and so do you." Luke's voice so filled with emotion, that he wanted to turn away from Rory so that she didn't see that he was almost close to tears.

"You don't look too bad yourself. You clean up very nice." Rory said as she patted Luke on the arm. "Don't forget to leave a dance for me."

"Of course." He said as he hugged her and watched her walk away.

He closed his eyes for a moment and pictured the scene that occurred only two hours past. Her blue eyes filled with tears as she leaned close and with shaky voice said words that he would never forget.

"I Lorelia, take you Lucas to be my husband, my partner in life and my one true love.

I will cherish our union and love you more each day than I did the day before.

I will trust you and respect you, laugh with you and cry with you, loving you faithfully through good times and bad, regardless of the obstacles we may face together.

I give you my hand, my heart, and my love, from this day forward for as long as we both shall live."

"Congratulations." Jess said disturbing him from his thoughts.

"I'm so glad you could make it. I was kind of nervous that you wouldn't come." Luke said as he opened his eyes and shook Jess's hand.

"You've been standing there a while, everything okay?"

"Everything's just perfect. Just thinking for a moment." Luke's eyes drifted towards Lorelai who now talking with Gypsy was inch-by-inch making her way towards him.

"She looks great Luke and so do you." Jess said as he cleared his throat.

"Thanks."

"I'm going to go say hi to my Mom. We haven't seen each other in a few. Plus, I can see your attention is on other things. I'll talk to you later Uncle Luke."

Jess sidestepped Lorelai, who looked beautiful in her white wedding dress fit for a princess, or so Luke thought. He watched her quietly walk towards him and stretched out his hand.

"Hey there stranger." Lorelai said taking his hand.

"Hey, Mrs. Danes."

"Why are you standing here all alone? The party's over there." Lorelai said nodding her head towards the crowd of people gathered to celebrate their special day.

"I told you I'd wait for you under our Chuppah."

"That you did."

"Have I told you how beautiful you look today?"

"Oh you have Mr. Danes, even though I'll stand by the fact that I'm gaining more weight every day."

"And I'll always say that it just adds to your already irresistible charm."

For a second, they said nothing. Their hands clutched tightly together.

"I love you." He said softly.

"I love you too. Forever and ever." She said leaning forward and slowly kissing him.

"Mr. and Mrs. Danes, it's time for the toast." Rory interrupted.

"Did you remember to fill my glass with sparkling cider?" Lorelai whispered without letting go of Luke's hands or his gaze.

"Of course." Rory answered.

"Then, we'll be right there." Lorelai said.
