The noise coming from the den of the Burrow was so loud it had nearly every unoccupied person out in the garden. Honestly, who could have a conversation with all of those children and parents mouths going a mile a minute? Ron and Harry sat at the hand-crafted picnic table and were having a lively discussion on Quidditch tactics. Having just returned from the years Quidditch World Cup they had plenty of game play to discuss as well.

Neville sat quietly chatting up Luna about his upcoming teaching position at Hogwarts. He was going to be taking over the Herbology position after a years apprenticeship under Professor Sprout. Everyone was so proud of him and Luna especially! They had been dating for about three months now and neither of them could be any happier.

Fred and George, now thirty-two years of age, stood suspiciously between the two giant oak trees that towered over the Burrow's large back yard. Their whispers carried but not enough for the four at the picnic table to hear anything they were talking about. Harry gestured in their direction to get Ron's attention and soon pondered aloud at their misdoings.

"D'you think they're going to do anything to mess with the party today?" Harry lowered his voice so the twins didn't notice him and plan some prank for him. Ron's eyes widened as he shook his head.

"Don't think so mate. Fred wouldn't risk Hermione's wrath." That statement sent both of the men into a moment of laughter. "Wanna pull out the old equipment and go a few rounds of Quidditch? No telling how much longer we're going to be waiting for everything to be set up." Harry shrugged his consent and they stood up to invite Fred and George when the back door opened and a little toddling waddled out.

"Daaaaddddy!" Lily's little legs carried her as quickly as they could into Harry's arms. He picked her up and tossed her into the air amidst a fit of giggles. "Hello my little darling! Did auntie Hermione make you come outside?" Harry draped the little girl across his shoulders as he made his way over to her lovely mother. "Hello dear." They exchanged a brief kiss before Lily answered.

"Daddy, Uncle Ron! Time for the party!" Although none of the adults voiced it aloud they were all thinking the same thing. 'FINALLY!' Even Fred and George were finally ready for the party to get started. Ron gestured at the rest of the group to come on inside. It was time for the biggest party of the year to begin.
