Sakura watched her father leaved headed for Tomoyo's mansion where he was to pick up Sonomi. Aiden Avalon was going escort Sonomi to a ball that evening where all her companies clients would be there to see her. Syoran came running down the road with a smile on his face. Sakura had finally told him that she loved him before he left, and now he was back.
They walked inside of the King Pengin's Park and sat under the Sakura tree. Syoran began to talk to Sakura about random things until he felt something was out of place. Quickly the Card Captors ran to where the aura was coming from, the ball where Sonomi and Aiden where supposted to be. A large explosion ingulfed the building killing everyone inside.
Who walked out shocked Sakura beyond belief...Tomoyo, Eriol, Yuki, Tory, and Melin. She burst out crying screaming,"WHY? Why did you do this?"She fell to her knees, when she looked up she saw black magic coming straight towards her until...
Syoran pushed her out of the way and took the blow. She thought she saw his get hit with it and fall bleeding on the sidewalk. Soon a pool of blood surrounded them both as she held his head on her lap. She forgot the Illusion had escaped along with Firey, as she cried out softly,"Please don't die Little Wolf, please don't die."Tears began to stream down her cheek until a hand was on her face....
"Sak-k-kura. P-p-plea-se. Don't cry."Syoran smiled weakly at her."It breaks my heart when you cry. Katara will take care of you and don't worry 'bout me Cherry Blossom....I'll...I'll come... back..."His hand fell as rain began to pour from the heavens, when his limp hand hit the ground Sakura let out such a mournful wail that even the coldest of hearts would break.
Katara, the star guardian(See 'Cylipso' to find out about her.)picked Sakura up leaving Syoran to be taken care of. Back at the Lee Mansion in China Syoran was training to be the clan leader when a pain filled his heart at the same moment as Sakura thought life was worth nothing.
With Sonomi, her mother, her father, and her only love gone she felt life was useless. That was when she decided that she would get revenge on te deaths of Sonomi, her father and Syoran! That was only the begining.....
