Chapter 1
One night before bed Lorelai is getting ready into her pajama's when Peter comes into the room.
''hey dad did you get your son to sleep okay?'' she asks him
''yea I did.'' he tells her
''good.'' she says
''okay I'm gonna go say g-night to Maggie I'll be right back sweetie.'' she tells him
''okay.'' he says
Lorelai leaves the bedroom and walks over to the guest bedroom door and knocks on it and opens it and sees Maggie reading.
Maggie looks up ''oh hey.'' she says
''hey sweetie you all ready for bed?'' Lorelai asks her
''yea.'' Maggie says
''good do you need anything?'' Lorelai asks her
''no I think I'm good for now.''Maggie tells her
''okay.'' Lorelai says
''did Peter get Roman to bed okay?'' Maggie asks her
''yea he did.'' Lorelai tells her
''oh good that's good.'' Maggie says
''yea he's a really great dad.'' Lorelai tells her
''yea he is.'' Lorelai says and smiles
''do you love him?'' Maggie asks her
Lorelai hesitates to answer the question ''um yea I think I do.'' she tells her
''good.'' Maggie says
''okay g-night kido.'' Lorelai says and tucks her in
''night I love you Mom.'' Maggie tells her
''love you too babe.'' Lorelai says and kisses her cheek and walks over to the door
''sleep well kido.'' Lorelai says and flips off the light and closes the door and goes back to her bedroom and sees Peter in bed already
''hey.'' she says
''hey everything okay?'' he asks her
''yea.'' she says
''good.'' he says
'okay well good night sweetie.'' she says and kisses him
''night babe.'' he says and kisses her back then turns the light off and wraps his arm around her and goes to sleep with her
