A troll named Mocker wants to take over Ocean Bluff. He had two things in his way. First, the Sun turns him to stone. Second, the Power Rangers of that city bested him in battle. He would take over another city, but he knew that another team will rise to defeat him, or the Jungle Fury Rangers will follow him to stop him. The only thing to do is to go to another dimension, one where Power Rangers don't exist. He saw a remote controller to portals between dimensions. He then used it to go to a dimension where a different kind of superheroes protect the world from evil, and unknowingly dropped the gadget.
