Chapter 1
One night before bed Sara is getting ready into her pajama's when Peter comes into the room.
''hey dad did you get your son to sleep okay?'' she asks him
''yea I did.'' he tells her
''good.'' she says
''okay I'm gonna go say g-night to Amber I'll be right back sweetie.'' she tells him
''okay.'' he says
Sara leaves the bedroom and walks over to the guest bedroom door and knocks on it and opens it and sees Amber reading.
Amber looks up ''oh hey.'' she says
''hey sweetie you all ready for bed?'' Sara asks her
''yea.'' Amber says
''good do you need anything?'' Sara asks her
''no I think I'm good for now.''Amber tells her
''okay.'' Lorelai says
''did Peter get Roman to bed okay?'' Amber asks her
''yea he did.'' Sara tells her
''oh good that's good.'' Amber says
''yea he's a really great dad.'' Amber tells her
''yea he is.'' Sara says and smiles
''do you love him?'' Amber asks her
Sara hesitates to answer the question ''um yea I think I do.'' she tells her
''good.'' Sara says
''okay g-night kido.'' Sara says and tucks her in
''night I love you.'' Amber tells her
''love you too babe.'' Sara says and kisses her cheek and walks over to the door
''sleep well kido.'' Sara says and flips off the light and closes the door and goes back to her bedroom and sees Peter in bed already
''hey.'' she says
''hey everything okay?'' he asks her
''yea.'' she says
''good.'' he says
'okay well good night sweetie.'' she says and kisses him
''night babe.'' he says and kisses her back then turns the light off and wraps his arm around her and goes to sleep with her
