OVERHEARD

"I'm telling you, Alec. It's not going to fit."

"Oh come on, Max! It's suppose to go there."

"But it's so big."

"Relax, Max. It's not going to hurt you."

Logan sighed heavily as he looked longing at the door of the apartment now shared by Max and Alec, before slowly, sadly, walking away.

"Don't put that thing anywhere near me!"

"You make it sound like it's gonna bite you."

"Don't laugh at me."

"How can I not? Your expression is so funny!"

"I've just never seen one that big before, alright?"

"Really?"

"I said stop laughing at me!"

"Sorry, Maxie. Look, we'll take it nice and slowly, okay?"

Original Cindy hurried past Max and Alec's apartment, desperately trying not to laugh at what she had just heard.

"Don't say I didn't warn you."

"I didn't think it would hurt this much!"

"It was your idea to stick it in there."

"Yeah? Well, it wont be happening again!"

Sketchy fought back a blush as his mind swam with the possible images of what was going on inside Alec and Max's apartment.

"Get back here! You can't leave me like this!"

"I'm just grabbing one, alright."

"Well hurry up then! This is really uncomfortable you know."

"Aw, poor baby. Can't handle a little pressure?"

"This kind of strain cant be good for me."

"Relax, Alec. I'm coming."

"Not yet your not. Get your ass over here."

Asha fought back the gasp of shock and quickly wiped a tear away from her eye as she, like her hopes for a relationship with Alec, dashed away.

Alec sighed as he slumped down on to the couch, an exhausted Max quickly following after him. He smiled happily as he glanced around the room.

"You know what, Max?"

Max shifted slightly so that she could see him without actually having to move much.

"What Alec?" she asked breathlessly but grinning.

"The apartment really does look better this way!"
