The Rescue
"There has to be a way out!" Korra yelled with a tone of concern. She, Mako, Bolin, and Asami had just been ambushed by a group of chiblockers and is heading back to Amon's hideout in a black Satomobile. Korra could think of nothing but the worst. She would lose the people she cared about most and Amon would win the war. A wave of panic crossed over her. Their hands and feet were tied behind their backs. "What are we going to do?" Asami exclaimed. Korra looked back and could see the loss of hope in each of their eyes. Time was running out fast and it would be too late.
Suddenly, out of no where there was the sound of chiblockers yelling. What was going on? A loud thump was heard from the top of the Satomobile followed by softer thuds. They skidded to a full stop before hearing more chiblockers yell.
Before they knew it, the doors in the backed opened. Korra was overwhelmed in confusion. Why was there a chiblocker standing in front her? There was no one else in sight besides a couple of other chiblockers in the back lying on the ground unconscious. Their mysterious savior untied them. "Wow. Umm.. Thanks," Korra said still trying to take it all in, "Why did you save us?"
"Yeah! We owe you one!" Bolin said breaking the brief silence, "But aren't you on their side?" carefully examining the uniform. The chiblocker shook her head and turned around to walk away. "Wait!" Korra pleaded, "Aren't you going to tell us your name?" The Chiblocker smiled under her mask. She was contemplating whether it was okay to tell them her identity, but instead she held her hand up gesturing them goodbye before going home.
Korra watched as the person who had just rescued them walked away, but something caught her eye. It was a shiny, blue bracelet. It was like one that she has never seen before. "Korra, we have to get out of here before more equalist show up, it's not safe," Mako told her reaching for her hand. Quickly the group made there way back to Air Temple Island.
"That was a close one! I almost thought we wouldn't make it back there," Bolin said in relief.
"Who was that?" Mako questioned.
Korra didn't say anything. All she could think about was that blue bracelet. "I don't know, but I'm going to find out."
