Author's Note: This would qualify as my first non-poem fanfic. It's a
response to Gothic-Rogue13's challenge on her site: find an inventive way
of offing Jean Grey. Let's just say I'm not really trying. I just want to
hurt Jean. I'm in the Jean-hurting mood. But when am I no in the mood to
hurt Jean? I don't really like Kitty either, but it came up as a good way
of killing Jean. Maybe I'll find a good way of killing Kitty later. Don't
hate me, its all in good fun.
Disclaimer: They're not mine. If they were, Jean would've died a long time ago.
Jean, in all of her annoying and perky glory, was walking near the street somewhere around Xavier's school. Today just seemed like the perfect day for her to go for a walk. The sun was shining, the birds were singing, there was the faint sound of tires on the pavement in the background. Jean was in her usual good mood to the point where she was humming to herself. Today was no normal, happy day. Jean had gotten out of driving with Kitty and she was glad of it. Poor Logan she thought briefly, but she dismissed her pity for him. "Oh well, it was his turn anyway."
Jean wasn't really paying too much attention to what she was doing. Without bothering to look, she steps off of the curb and onto the pavement. Suddenly, and seemingly from out of nowhere, Kitty speeds over the redheaded woman. "Like, Omigod!" the young girl screams as she backs up, further flattening the body of the once-perfect Jean Grey. "I just, like totally, flattened Jean like a pancake! Oops!"
That having been said, Kitty shrugs and continues her driving lesson. With her large vehicle, she runs over what used to be Jean Grey's body for a third time.
The End (Short, Sweet and full of Jean-death)
