This is for The Dying Breath challenge by sick-atxxheart

The whole school was in chaos. Draco was currently running down a hallways, empty save for the bodies. Ahead he could see that one of the bodies was groaning and coughing, but most of all breathing.
"Probably just another Death Eater," Draco grumbled, pulling out his wand and heading for the person with the intention of finishing him off. Draco reached the lump, he held his wand out, about to kill him when the face turned.
"Holy shit!" Draco cursed, dropping his wand he fell to his knees.
"Hello Draco," Harry Potter mumbled, a small smile coming to his dry lips. His whole neck was covered in blood as if someone had torn the flesh from it.
"We have to get you some help, wait here, I'll go get someone," Draco said anxiously, he jumped up to leave but felt something holding him back. Harry was clutching onto the sleeve of his robe, keeping him from leaving.
"I have to get some help for you," Draco explained, begging with his eyes for the boy to let go. Harry just shook his head.
"Too late for that now," he said, his voice hoarse. "Stay here, please?" Harry begged. "I don't want to be alone." Harry coughed, blood coming out of his mouth. Draco was torn between staying and going, he wanted to leave to get help, but something told him that Harry was beyond help now. Draco sat down next to Harry, not caring that he was drenching himself in the small pool of scarlet liquid that surrounded the boy.
"Is there anything I can do?" Draco asked. He and Potter had been enemies since they first arrived at school, Draco thought it was ironic that he would be the one to sit there and watch the boy die.
"You can listen," Harry whispered. Draco nodded.
"Okay, I'm listening," Draco said.
"I'm a horcrux," Harry said, his voice barely above a whisper. "Once I'm gone, there's only Nagini left, then Voldemort can be killed. Find him, kill the snake, kill Voldemort, then, and only then my death will not have been in vain." He coughed, only a small trickled of blood escaped his mouth this time. "can you do that, promise me you will kill Voldemort."
"Why me?" Draco asked, "I'm nobody."
"So was Odysseus, and yet he still managed to blind a cyclops." Draco was amazed to find that her recognized the reference. It was from Homer's Odyssey. "Do you promise?" Harry asked.
"Why not Granger or Weasley?" Draco asked.
"Why do you argue Draco?" Draco shrugged.
"Promise me, please," Harry reached up with a shaky hand, clasping Draco's in his own. "Promise me." Harry's green eyes met with Draco's gray, and he could find it nowhere in his heart to deny him of this one last hope that he was leaving the world a better place.
"I promise," Draco said, agreeing. Harry smiled, it was a small smile, but still a smile.
"And I need you to promise that you will keep them safe, don't let anything happen to them, I don't want them going to where I'm going before their time, do you promise?"
"I promise," Draco didn't bother to ask who 'they' were, he knew exactly who 'they' were. A small tear crawled down his cheek.
"Thank you," Harry whispered, he tightened his grip on Draco's hand for a moment and with one last heart wrenching breath the boy went silent.

Erm, not one of my best. I think it needs a bit of cleaning up, but I'm not sure what it is I'm should clean up and how. Though, I'm actually fairly pleased with how it turned out.
