Theme: 'Look over here'
Over Here Lenalee
Lenalee had been tweleve when she decided to take it upon herself to make the lives of those around the Order easier. Be it serving coffee to sleep deprived science members, keeping her crazy brother under control, or even running errands for her friends.
In fact, she was on an errand that very moment. Bookman was currently holed up in the disaster that he called a room; reading alone without his apprentice and so she was asked to search high and low for the future Bookman, she'd already checked the clinic, cafeteria, training grounds, and even the labs and still Lavi was no where to be found.
Lenalee sighed, deciding she'd check one more place before throwing in the towel and admitting defeat. Quietly pulling the giant library door open, she was not met with the expected silence, but cries, moans, and the sound of books being tossed. Letting her curiosity get the better of her, Lenalee found herself investigating the source of the noise. What she found surprised her, even though it shouldn't have.
There in the middle of the library, surrounded by the thousands of books all opened to different pages, sat Lavi, his single eye running rapidly over the text. Lenalee frowned, of course he'd be in the library, why hadn't she looked here first? Hearing her approach, Lavi's single bright green eye looked up from a book as a huge grin spread across his features.
"Hey! Lenalee, look over here," he animatedly pointed at the book, Lenalee nodded and carefully made her way through the pile of books. She settled in a comfortable position, leaning over the older boy's shoulder and trying to peer down at what he found to be so interesting.
"What is i-" before the words could even form properly, Lavi had turned his head and directed his mouth onto hers. Quickly the contact between their lips ended, leaving Lenalee's face a bright red color.
"Ha ha, like it?"
She had.
