All This Time
It has been four years since the gang graduated from Tree Hill High and went off to college. They are now all back and ready to pursue with the careers of their choice, but only after Christmas holidays, of course!
Brooke Davis arrived at the airport, where she knew her very best friend Peyton Sawyer was waiting for her.
"Brooke!" Peyton said, after spotting her.
The two girls rushed over to each other and gave each other a big tight hug.
"Oh my god, we barely talked these 4 years. I missed you like crazy P. Sawyer!" Brooke said.
"And I missed you like crazy, B. Davis!" Peyton said, laughing.
"How are things with Luuuuucas?" Brooke asked.
"Oh, we broke up. It's been like a year, Brooke, c'mon keep up!" Peyton said, hiding her sadness on the issue.
"Aw I'm sorry. But this means we're both two hot, single adults…LEGALLY ready to mingle!" Brooke said.
"Same old Brooke!" Peyton laughed.
Meanwhile…..
Lucas arrived at the airport at the other end of the city and was greeted by Nathan, Haley and their son James.
"Luke!" Haley said as the couple spotted Lucas.
"Heyyyy!" Lucas gave them both a hug. "God, it's been too long."
"Yeah, Midge and I think it's time for James to finally meet his godfather and uncle!" Nathan said.
"Midge?" Lucas asked.
"Oh that's Haley because as you Haley is only 4'10" hahahaha!" Nathan said.
They all laughed.
"So Lucas, how are you and Peyton?" Haley asked.
"We broke up a year ago.. Oh my god look how big James has got!" Lucas said avoiding the subject.
"I'm sorry." Haley said.
"Nah, Hales its okay. Umm... is she in Tree Hill for the holidays?" Lucas asked.
"Yeah I'm pretty sure both Brooke and Peyton are here, living in a new apartment near where Brooke's wants to open her store."
"Great! It'll be just like high school." Nathan said, happily.
"Yeah...just like high school." Lucas said, seeming a little down.
