Captain HS here, This is a lil' something that I wrote like 3 weeks ago but was too lazy to type. It was in my notebook forever! And yeah, even though I'm daughter of Harkness and Sparrow, I still ship Janto (Jack/Ianto). Weird, huh? Anyway, enough about my cracky-backstory; enjoy, mah darlings!

Gwen POV

It was pouring buckets outside. It'd been this way all week. We were driving to the new crime scene. The mood was a bit tense, seeing as Jack and Ianto were having a little spat in the front, Tosh was typing on her laptop, Owen just staring out the window (probably still angsting over Diane) and I was going through case files.

"You know, you're not as great as you think you are".

"I am too."

"Are not."

"Am too."

"Are not."

"Am too. I have superpowers, unlike a certain whining boyfriend I know."

"Yes, we all know you can't die, 'cause that'll defiantly help the rest of us out. And you age anyway! Can't you do something useful like…. Oh I dunno….."

"Stop the rain", I found myself saying.

"Okay, fine. I'll stop the rain", said Jack cockily, "but I can only do it for so long, so don't go complaining."

Now the whole team was watching, Owen's gaze a bit skeptical and Tosh looking on with wide eyes.

"Okay", whispered Jack, "Hold on!"

And with that he furrowed his face up in what seemed like great concentration. After a few tense seconds, just like that, the rain seemed to simply turn off.

"Holy shi-"

"WOAH!"

"How'd you do that?"

Even Ianto was impressed.

"I suppose you are kinda special", he admitted quietly.

"Kinda? Kinda? I can control weather and come back to life and all I get is a kinda?" Jack teased.

"Oh come 'ere, you."

And as Jack and Ianto kissed and Owen grumbled about decency (like he was the one to talk) I stared out the window with knowing eyes as we drove out from under the overpass, and rain began to tap against my window once again.

Awww! Isn't that sweet? I got it from when I was little and my dad tricked me and my sister like that. If you don't understand, just PM me. REVIEW AND MAKE MY DAY!
