Kaneki shut off the television program, yawning loudly into his hands as he glanced at the clock. 10:30, he noted, and he scratched the back of his head. He should probably go to sleep.
He quickly settled into bed and sighed, pulling the covers up around him. Tomorrow he and Hide were going out to lunch at their usual place, and he had a bad feeling sinking into his stomach whenever he thought about it. He shook his head. Nothing bad would happen, what was he thinking?
