Aaron didn't like taking his Golem out when it was very cold.
The problem was that, being made of clay, he was inclined to go all brittle. When that happened, extraneous frosted parts were liable to crack, and occasionally drop off.
So far, it had only happened to a couple of fingertips and the tip of his nose, oh yeah and one ear – but that wasn't a problem because the great lunk never listened to Aaron anyway.
So Aaron didn't like taking his Golem out in the cold - because sticking noses and fingers back on was one thing, but …
