Tough Love

What I think should've happened in Saturday's episode. Includes Sam and Tom. Please R&R xx

Carl's phone rings.

"It's you he has on his phone, Carl" Tom stated before Carl shoved his girlfriend to the floor and she cried out in Pain and stayed to help her out. As he was Carl had ran out of the ED with Sam running after him, trying to catch up with him. Luckily Carl tripped over, Sam caught up with him and tried to grab him, but he was too strong for her and he shoved her against the wall with her feet not touching the ground and strangled her. She hoped Tom would come running around the corner to help her but he was nowhere to be seen.

"TOM!" she tried to shout but it barely came out of her mouth. A few seconds later she began to feel tired and she knew she would eventually lose consciousness from the lack of oxygen she was getting, but the last thing she saw before that happened was Tom running around the corner to save her. He was her knight in shining armour.

"OI! Get off her" Tom shouted and he pushed him away from her and Sam's limp body fell to the floor, as soon as security had a hold of Carl Tom rushed to her side to feel if she was breathing, which she was not so he started chest compressions his eyes welling up with tears threatening to fall which eventually they did.

Zoe had heard about Carl so started to walk out where everyone had headed only to be then looking at one of her colleagues on the floor with Tom trying to save her life.

"Come on Sam, Don't Do This!" he shouted with tears streaming down his face whilst still resuming chest compressions. Zoe was in too much shock to say anything about Tom being too close to treat her.

"Oh My God" she just stated not knowing what to say.

"Zoe get a trolley please!" Tom said in the politest way he could, still crying.

"Umm... Yeh sure, what happened?" She asked wondering how such a strong woman could've gotten like this.

"I'll tell you later, but right just get me a trolley" Tom shouted his anger and frustration evident, bjt it was acceptable in the circumstances, he and Sam were very close.

"Ok, sure!" she said starting to run back into the ED. In the ED people just stared at her, looking puzzled.

"Can I get a trolley please Tess" She said to Tess who was wheeling an empty one towards her.

"Yep, have this one, can I ask why?" she asked inquisitively.

"It's for Sam, she's in cardiac arrest!" She shouted before grabbing the trolley and wheeling outside as fast as she could with Tess.

"Is she OK, What happened?" Tess also asked.

"I'm not sure, it doesn't look too good though" Zoe replied...
