A/N: This was a sonnet I had to write for English. My friend helped me write this so half the credit belongs to her. You know her as D-Chi. Anyways this poem if you read it makes sense for Final Fantasy VII, mainly because of well Vincent and Sephiroth. So enjoy the Sonnet and let me know what you think, by the way this sonnet is in Shakespearian format, with 14 lines, the poetry format of abab cdcd efef gg, 10 syllables for each line in iambic pentameter. So you can tell it took a while to write this.
Disclaimer: Technically I can get a way with not doing a disclaimer because no name is mentioned in this, and I do own this sonnet. But what the heck, any implication to FFVII that you may get is fine with me, just know FFVII doesn't belong to me. It belongs to Square Enix. So if you want to own Vincent or Sephiroth go take it up with them.
Sonnet
The rain comes again awakening me
Pouring down like forgotten memories
Why does it make me feel trapped yet so free
The rains soft pattering makes me at ease
It is the soft sound of an angel's tears
It is the vision of my fondest dreams
Its the sound of his voice that calms my fears
The soothing murmur that quiets my screams
I hate it and love it; the sound of the rain
It sends cold lonely shivers down my spine
Like he who causes me incessant pain
Yet he steals my heart perhaps it's a sign
My angel of darkness sent from above
