Draco Malfoy and the Order of the Phoenix

Note: This is a side along part of my story…it has nothing to do with what is going to happen to my characters!

Draco spun around to see Isismaloney, his author.

"Isis, what a pleasant surprise. I didn't know that you were here," Draco stammered, looking at the floor.

"Hello, Draco. You know that you can't move from this spot until my next part, right?"

"Yes, I know that, Isismaloney," Draco sighed, "but, then why are you here?"

"You know, Draco, curiosity can sometimes kill the cat," I enquired, glancing at him.

"You mean I'm going to die in this story!" Draco blurted out. I merely laughed.

"Why in the world would I kill you off? There is no reason to. I just came here to warn you."

"Warn me about what?" Draco's voice had become filled with fear.

"I came to warn you, and all of our readers, that I may not be able to update this month. Maybe next moth."

"You can't do that to me, or to your readers!" Draco protested.

"You know as well as I do that I would if I could, but I can't; I can hardly get to a computer. You know that, Draco, or are you denser than I thought you to be?"

"I knew that, Isismaloney," Draco said, taking offense to my comment.

"Good. Look, to my readers, and you, too, Draco," I inquired to Draco, now looking straight at my readers, "I am sorry that this is all that I have for you. Yes, I do love this story, but right now, between school and other things, I can't handle the story. But don't fret, dear readers, and Draco, I'll update as soon as I can."

"Are you just going to leave me here like this? I can't even move! I'm stuck in between now and then!"

"What are you talking about, Draco?"

"I don't know. Just, don't go, please?" Draco begged.

"Sorry, but this in neither my time nor my place. But I'll come and visit when I can't write another part of my story! See you later, Draco!" and with that, I vanished, leaving Draco standing in his place where he was before I came.

"Grrr, some friend she is, leaving me here alone, grrr…"
