Dancing under the strobe lights

I'm having so much fun

I wish they would have told me

That it'd only just begun

What started as a girl's night out

Had ended in disaster

Soon they'll find my lifeless body

Underneath some fallen plaster

In the middle of this dance floor

At an out-of-control rave

A few guys approached us

With eyes showing a crave

With the guys we took a walk

We didn't go very far

We just walked around the block

And into their shiny black car

One guy took out a small box

It contained small white pills

Said if we take a few

There were sure to be thrills

Reluctantly, I took one

I figured 'what the hell'

My friends were surprised

But they took one as well

Under the influence, we started undressing

Lustfully, he began to touch my breasts

Ignoring every thought that came to my head

I began to feel on his chest

High as the sky, we all finished stripping

Quite obvious is what happened next

A little bit more of foreplay

And lots of unprotected sex

Fulfilling our desires and

Finally getting dressed

We left the guys in their car

Satisfied with their conquest

And back in this out-of-control rave you find me

Dancing and drinking and getting my fill

When suddenly I feel dizzy

And pass out from the consumption of a jagged little pill

On the floor I'm dying, as my friends start crying

Unsure of what to do

Call an ambulance? There's no use in trying

Tell mommy I said, "I love you"

The consequences of your actions always follow through

Especially those involving an ecstasy-induced thrill

Do yourself a favor and ignore that curiosity

Don't sell your life to that jagged little pill.

A/N:Though this poem is something I came up with out of nowhere, take it as a warning, it can happen to you. Be safe in all you do and resist the temptation of that jagged little pill!I think it's so funny how I keep putting lessons in some of my poems, and not really purposefully either! Plz R&R.
