Author's Note - I loved Patty/Victor so much. I feel like their relationship was never really explored!
Despite everything's that happened to them, Victor still loves Patty. She gave him three beautiful daughters. He's forgiven her for Sam, and considers Paige another daughter. Patty is his soul mate. They had too many problems to make their relationship work unfortunately.
Patty was in love with Sam at one time, and she'd never regret having Paige, but she definitely still loves Victor.
"I love you," Victor murmurs. He has just died, and after visiting Prue, the second person he visited was Patty.
"I love you, too." Patty and Victor are now reunited, and nothing will come between them again.
