Chapter 1

Mac was on the elevator with his team up to the twelfth precinct to meet Detective Beckett and her team. They had been assigned to help her team on a case, what had happened was random people were being murdered all over the city of New York. Mac wasn't fond of working with this team because he didn't know them but his partner Stella was thrilled to meet new people and a new team.
When they got off the elevator they heard yelling so they all ran up. When they reach the voice they saw a man and a woman, who they guessed to be Detective Beckett. Both stopped when they heard Mac's team come up.
"Sorry about that, it's how we normally act. By the way I'm Detective Kate Beckett; this is Rick Castle, and Detectives Ryan and Esposito." Kate apologized hurriedly.
"I'm Mac Taylor; this is Stella Bonasera, Danny Messer, Lindsay Messer, Dr. Sheldon Hawkes, Don Flack, Adam Ross, and Dr. Sid Hammerback." Mac replied
"So I guess since your team is here now, we should start work."
"I fully agree, the faster we can solve this case the faster we can stop this killer."
