Nikko Alexander was on the edge of the stage, his legs dangling and his head in his hands. His hands slid down to his pockets, he hopped off the stage, sad. Nikko and Courtney Lane dated for a few months, until Royce came back in the picture. He slowly walked to the front door, memories coming back to him.
"We were still the best." Courtney said

Nikko was dancing the robot, Courtney giggled.

Nikko and Courtney sang For The First Time.
Nikko froze, and then opened the door. Everyone in the halls were talking. Then, Janet and Caspian came up to him. "Hey Nikko." Caspian said. Nikko was quiet, they understood. His eyes were filled with pain, "It'll be ok, Nikko." Janet said. He gave her a knowing nod, Janet and Caspian left. Nikko watched as the kids walked out.
That was the first Janet and Caspian spoke to him after the break-up. He quit Show Choir, he couldn't watch Courtney anymore. He looked down, it was raining outside. He put his hood on and walked, his black backpack slung over his shoulders, his jacket zipped up, and his eyes filled with sadness. He heard a sob, it grew louder, and then louder.
He saw a brunette sitting by a tree, he couldn't see her face. He slowly made his way. He froze when he saw who it was. Courtney. Janet was by her side, comforting her. "It'll be ok..." Janet said. "No it won't! Royce left me, for Tammi, again!" Courtney sobbed.
Nikko walked past him, but not fast. "Hey! There's Nikko! Nikko, get over here!" Janet said. Nikko ignored her, Janet stood by him. "Nikko, Courtney is in pain. Talk to her, like when you guys dated." Janet left him. Nikko sighed, he turned and sat by Courtney. "Hey Court..." he said. She just rested her head on his shoulder and cried.
"Royce...broke up...with me...again." She sobbed. Nikko rubbed her back, "It'll be ok..." he said.
"You sound like Janet. "Courtney said, looking up. Nikko smiled at her, "Royce doesn't like me..."
"Maybe he wasn't the one." Nikko said.
"I know who is the one." Courtney said.
"Who is-" Nikko was cut off when Courtney kissed him. They stood up, she wrapped her arms around his neck. He wrapped his arms around her waist, deepening it. They pulled apart, "I missed you..." Nikko said.
"Let's go to my house, I have movies." Nikko said. He put his arm around her waist and led her to his car.
