December 25….Christmas.
Christmas was Ara's favorite holiday, so she likes to wake everyone up, Add last.
At 7:30, Add woke up, and grabbed the black velvet box from up under his pillow.
The Mastermind would ask Ara to marry him.
Add's stomach was tangled with nerves, but he willed himself to calm down.
It cost him 500 K-Ching to get the Couples Ring* and he was gonna use it, damn it!
He put the box back under his pillow.
When Ara came in, instead of opening the door, she kicked it open.**
"Wake up!" Ara yelled to Add. "Come on, it's Christmas time!"
Add faked snoring, swallowing his smile down.
Ara stomped up to Add's bed. "Wake up!" She shook him and Add grabbed her.
Ara landed in Add's bed with an 'Oof!'
The Sakra Devanam rolled her eyes. "Really, Add?" When she tried to get up, Add pulled her back down.
"And where do you think you're going?" Add smirked at her. "I need to ask you something."
Ara blushed at their closeness. "What?"
Add pulled the box out from his pillow. "Ara Haan." He opened the box. "The day I met you, it was a complete accident. But I'm glad I met you. I'm glad I joined the Elgang. Ara, the day I met you, was the first day someone ever talked to me. Yeah, I may have been mean, but the day I met you was the best day ever. Will you marry me?"
Ara had a look of surprise on her face. But it melted away and the look of bliss came on her face, and made her orange eyes light up. "Yes."
(I may have edited this completely, but this part…will stay. Here we go.)
"Hey, what's taking so long?" Rena looked at the demolished door and at Add and Ara. "Oh."
"I-it's not like that!" Ara blushed and stood up. "Add just proprosed."
Rena squealed. "FINALLY!"
So, I demolished this completely.
Seriously, every mistake I made in the original one pissed me off.
