Poem of Love
Disclaimer: I obviously don't own the Bible, GOD does. I actually don't own the poem either since God's the one who put the words in my head! I'm just taking dictation.

Great waves washing over me
Waters from GOD's almighty sea
Mixed with blood so lovingly
When on the Cross, he died
The Father sent his Son below
His seeds of love to plant and sow
He just wished to let us know
He cared so much, he died
Christ came to the world for this
His death was our salvation's kiss,
Opened up eternal bliss
When, with bowed head, He died
We recall His love today
And pray that we may never stray
From Our Lord in any way
Who saved us when He died
What return are we to make
To show GOD that our love's not fake?
We'll give Him our hearts to take,
The hearts for which He died
So in Christ we'll all be one
In the great Cross that He'd begun
Til our daily life is done
And in His death, we've died
