Author's Note: This drabble was written for the 2010 Jellie_Shippers Carnival challenge using the prompt "funnel cake." I hope you enjoy! Feedback is welcome and appreciated.
Bite…moan… "mmmmm, soooo good." Her grey eyes darted back and forth apprehensively, confirming that no one was near. The punishment for discovery promised to be severe.
Ellie licked her lips and sampled some more. "God, this is pure heaven."
"Caught you!" he growled low, his warm breath caressing her ear.
She turned to face her accuser, eyes wide and filled with fear.
John reached forward and broke off a generous hunk of the colossal funnel cake clutched in her hand.
His bright blue eyes sparkled with mirth. "Your secret is safe, for a price."
Smiling, she obediently paid the toll.
