Hey guys decided to try writinf fanfic poetry for a change! Sorry if this is too dark for you guys, but it is me were talking about!
She lies in darkness
in every waking breath
she can't stop this madness
from withering her black heart
she sees the stares he gives her
but she knows they're only stares
he would never try to save her
from wallowing in misery
he's far too cool for that
he's far too cool for her
she knows that
but that doesn't stop her from loving him
from loving her best friend and partner
who could never love her back
but it's different today
he moves to talk to her
"'sup Maka" he says in his rumbling voice
"Anything you have to tell me?"
his eyes are curious
but she knows the laughter going on behind them
He knows she realizes
he knows about her onesided love
she's bared for the last time
"Yeah Soul there is"
she presses a kiss upon his cheek
"goodbye...my love"
