The sound of gunshots rang in America's ears, as he pulled his trigger. He was firing blindly. "Damn it!" He shouted as a bullet nicked his leg. There were so many familiar faces all around him, and he was aiming for the best of them. He'd done this before and came out on top, but then, he was against the smallest of them all. "I will not lose. Not now. Not here." He told himself.
All around me are familiar faces
Worn out places, worn out faces
Bright and early for the daily races
Going nowhere, going nowhere
China and Russia lived right next to each other, they'd become so close. There was a time when China could have said that he loved him. But that changed a while ago when Russia began trying to take from him. "I don't love you anymore Ivan."
"When did that change?" Tears streamed down his expressionless face.
"The day you stole from me."
Their tears are filling up their glasses
No expression, no expression
Hide my head I wanna drown my sorrow
No tomorrow, no tomorrow
After all that they had been through, after all the times they spent at home, England was pinned against his best friend, his lover. He looked at the ring on his left hand. They were supposed to get married today. He pulled the ring off his finger and threw it to the ground. He stomped on it and set up his tri-pod. "I may be a small country, but I'm strong." He fired off shot after shot, unsure of where he was aiming, after all he had no allies in this war. He wiped a spot of blood dripping from his lip. It wasn't blood, it was a tear. England hadn't realized he had been crying. "Damn that git."
And I find it kind of funny, I find it kind of sad
The dreams in which I'm dying are the best I've ever had
I find it hard to tell you, I find it hard to take
When people run in circles its a very, very
Mad world, mad world
France fired one last shot. He fell to the ground, bleeding. "I'm the country of love! I don't like war!" He shouted. He cupped one hand against his bleeding arm. When they had gotten fed up with America's cockiness they were all pinned against one another. They were all trying to get some of his large property for themselves. He shook and another shot pierced through him, making him fall to the ground.
Children waiting for the day they feel good
Happy birthday, happy birthday
And I feel the way that every child should
Sit and listen, sit and listen
Everyone had been fighting around Canada. He tried to help, but every time he did he was shot down and looked over. No one ever saw him. He was tired of being invisible. "Damn you America! Look at me! I'm not just your brother anymore, am I?" He fired a shot.
Went to school and I was very nervous
No one knew me, no one knew me
Hello teacher tell me, what's my lesson?
Look right through me, look right through me
America fired off another shot. Everyone was against him now, even his younger brother. He couldn't believe how much they all hated him. He knew there was time when we was loved, when everyone looked for him for support, but that was all changing, all falling around him. He that he would never be forgiven for his actions. "I'm never going to be a real hero." He fell to the ground, crying, wanting to die.
And I find it kind of funny, I find it kind of sad
The dreams in which I'm dying are the best I've ever had
I find it hard to tell you, I find it hard to take
When people run in circles its a very, very
Mad world, mad world, enlarging your world
Mad world
