Beep...Beep...Be-SLAM. Amy turned off her alarm and got up with a growl of pain. Fresh bruises littered her body, several scars trailing up her arms and over her body most of them hidden by her clothes.
"More bruises." She thought sarcastically. She had gotten used to the feeling of the bruises and cuts but it still hurt even though she had mastered hiding how much pain she was really in.
She got dressed and headed to her little sister's room. Looking out the window first to make sure he was still gone. Thankfully he was. Amy gently shook her sister petting her hair.
"Anna It's time to get up," Amy said gently.
"Morning sissy." Anna yawned. Amy nodded in return. "Get up and get dressed. I'll make breakfast." Amy told her before she headed downstairs. Anna came down after changing into a light blue skirt, black leggings, a pink top and tennis shoes.
"Come get it, sweetie," Amy said. Anna came into the kitchen smiling then frowned. "What's wrong sweetie?" Amy asked as they both sat down.
"He did it again didn't he?" She asked. Frowning Amy replied.
"You don't need to worry about it remember?" She said gently. Anna nodded although a frown still on her face. She was always worried about her sister.
"Will you do my hair?" Anna asked when they finished breakfast. Amy nodded and put Anna's hair in pigtails. The two girls then headed off to school on Amy's motorcycle. She had made that thing from scratch by hand. Anna was her pride and joy the bike was just a bike to her even though she put so much effort into it.
...After school...
"Can we go racing with Raf? Please?!" Anna asked doing her puppy eyes look. Not that she needed to. Amy was more than willing to let her sister live a little even when she couldn't.
"Sure come on," Amy replied. She drove to the normal spot where they always met Raf when he wanted to race with his remote control car.
Amy parked her bike and watched Anna run up to Raf and give him a big hug. They were rather close friends having known each other since they were smaller.
"Told ya we would be here," Anna said. Raf smiled.
"Glad you could make it. Ready to race?" Raf asked. They both pulled out their race cars and started racing. After a few minutes Raf's cell rang, he answered it while racing.
"Hello?... Racing right down the street with Amy and Anna... Okay, five more minutes." Raf replied and hung up the phone.
After a couple of minutes, out of nowhere, a motorcycle jumped down into the area where they were. Jack was on it out of breath.
"Whoa." Raf and Anna said. Amy frowned moving closer to Anna that wasn't like Jack.
"You have no idea," Jack said getting off. Two identical cars came down and transformed into metal men? The motorcycle also transformed it looked like a female.
"What are they?" Raf asked. Anna stepping back closer to her sister.
"Talking cars that turn into robots... Or the other way around." Jack replied.
Amy didn't need to see anymore. She took Anna and Raf's hand.
"Anna! Raf! We're going!" Amy said. That's when another bot jumped down it was black and yellow. It accidentally stepped on Raf's car. The bot beeped something to him.
"It's okay. Really." Raf said Amy pushed Raf to Jack.
"Raf Go with Jack now!" Amy said getting on her motorcycle. Raf went with Jack into a drain pipe. Anna hopped onto Amy's motorcycle and she sped off. Not knowing what to do about what they watched take place they kept it to themselves.
Amy pulled onto her street when she saw his car. Sighing inside she pulled into their neighbor's driveway. Raf was their neighbor which worked out rather well. Amy would constantly allow for Anna to spend the night at Raf's house. Mrs. Esquvil took it as needing a mother figure around and was more then happy to let her stay.
"Come on Anna," Amy said heading to the door with Anna's emergency bag that she kept on her bike. Amy knocked.
"Why can't you stay here with me? It's not fair that he." Anna stopped when Raf's mom answered the door.
"Hi, Mrs. Esquvil. Is it okay if Anna spent the night?" Amy asked with a fake smile.
"Sure sweetie." She replied. Amy handed her Anna's bag this happened a lot so it did not bother either of them. Although Mrs. Esquvil didn't know the real reason behind it.
"See you at school Anna," Amy told her and headed back to her house. Not wanting Anna to go under the same roof as that man. Amy did not want her sister to suffer or lose anything again. Not like that night.
