Dear Mr. Haddock,
I would lie to talk to you about Hiccup. He is the bravest, kindest, most caring person I've ever met. He's been by my side for 3 years now, and I think we're closer than ever.
Sure he's small, and dorky, and geeky, and lacks on the brawn side, but he's also the one who opened my eyes, and showed me that brain over brawn is OK. He's smart and brave and selfless. And he's willing to sacrfice himself for me any time of the day.
You see him aand konow him as your son. The future chief, a wild child who loves to get into trouble. Who loves a good adventure. I see, What I see is a young, mischivious, eager explorer, who's eyes match the forest, and his hair the soil. A boy who's heart matches the one of a leader, and his soul the one of a mare.
Hiccup is the one person in the village who I would willingly spend the rest of my days with. We want to marry, but when we are ready. Hiccup doesn't take no for an answer. and that's why I love him.
I just thought you'd want to know that Hiccup and I have become very close.
Thank you,
Astrid Hofferson.
