Just as a side note so no one is confused or thinks Romano's on drugs or anything: as a child Romano had a disease called chorea. (Remember when Spain tried to teach him to dance?) This disease is incurable but can be treated with drugs. This in mind, he still has it and is often inclined to pop some pills when the symptoms show up.

Now, on with the show!

"Romano, you're up for speeches!" Germany called from his seat.

The Italian nodded and stood up readying his papers. Just as he was about to start his left arm (the one holding papers) and his right leg gave violent swings and he collapsed into his chair with a little thump.

Germany looked over at Italy expecting him to be freaking out. Said Italian was calmly sketching something on his notes, humming quietly.

Romano was still having violent tremors but it appeared that he was reaching for his pocket. Spain, who was sitting next to him, quickly reached into Romano's back pocket. He pulled out a small glass bottle and poured a couple white pills into his hand. He quickly covered Romano's mouth with the hand successfully serving the dose of medicine.

"I think mi amigo needs to rest. The chorea he had as a child seems to be giving him a hard time today~" Spain explained picking Romano up.

Romano's face was still a ghostly shade of white despite his tanner than usual complexion. He clutched the front of Spain's maroon shirt for comfort, shivering a little.

The entire room was dead silent except for the sound of the door squeaking as Spain carried Romano out.

"Ummmm... Italy... Could you explain that?" Germany stuttered facing the only calm person in the room.

"Well," Italy started without even looking up from the drawing, "When Romano and I were still kids, Romano developed a disease called chorea. It gave him awkward jerky movements almost like dancing. Spain thought he had "The Dancing Plague" if big brother France still remembers that." France gave a light chuckle from the corner. "Back then, the cure for it was more dancing so Spain taught Romano a Spanish dance but that didn't help. He was plagued with it for a couple years but eventually, doctors found a cure for the symptoms. He received the treatment and has had to take pills ever since. It's no big deal, he'll be back in fifteen minutes or so after the pills take affect, don't worry..."

"So... He wasn't having a seizure then?" America asked cautiously.

"Nope, just a bad break out. He lowered his dose this morning because he was in a hurry..." Italy replied.

"Well then, on with the meeting! Next person!" Germany called...
