PROLOGUE

Yugi had been looking down he couldn't help but cry. He didn't want to see his other me leave his side, not yet at least.

Everyone had looked at him wondering why he didn't attack the pharaoh. They soon got their answer as Yugi looked up at this other half. Yugi had a sadness on his face as more tears tried to escape the corners of his eyes.

"Other me, tell me," the younger of the similar look alike began. "Do you really want to leave?"

This had caught the pharaoh by surprise. The pharaoh looked straight at Yugi's Silent Magician and he stayed quiet. Everyone had their attention on Yugi, but then looked at the pharaoh to wait for his answer.

Silence took over the place for a few minutes.

"Aibou,"the pharaoh whispered, to then speak up, "I don't know. Do you want me to stay?"

Everyone looked at the pharaoh to turn to look back at Yugi who answered, "Actually, other me, that's up to you."

The pharaoh remained quiet once more. What did he really want? Wasn't it to finally let his soul rest in peace? But he thought maybe he did wanted to stay, maybe he did wanted to at least for once live life. Maybe just maybe.

The pharaoh look down at his hand to look back at Yugi, "You see aibou, it depends on you. I don't want to make you feel weird at the thought of me staying."

Before Yugi could respond to that, a blond teen spoke up. "Pharaoh, you should stay. You deserve it man. I mean your always saving others. I know your soul has to rest, but maybe your here because your really meant stay and not leave."

"Yeah, I mean can't you stay just to actually see what is like to live life." Honda added.

"But is it possible for Yami to really just stay? There really isn't anything against that Isis?" said Otogi.

"No there isn't. It just says if the Pharaoh loses he leave if not he can stay." Isis looked at Otogi as she responded.

The Pharaoh looked at Jou then at Honda. He then looked around almost all giving hopeful looks that he would stay. Just then he looked over at Mokuba who had a smile on his face as he looked at him, then he stared at his rival, Seto Kaiba. Kaiba looked back at him with no such expression showing through his face.

The Pharaoh looked back at his partner.

"Aibou," he began and knew now his partner wanted him to stay. If it made his aibou happy then he'd stay so with that he nodded his head. Yugi knew what that meant and with a smile he put a hand over his deck on his duel disk.

"I surrender." said Yugi.

With that a smile on many of their face. Many happy at the thought that the Pharaoh could stay.

The pharaoh looked down at his duel disk. Just then as something had happened. The underground temple started to shake under their feet. At this they made a run for it outside. One thing before Yugi left he quickly grabbed the bag he had and all the items. Then making a complete run for it.

As the shrine had collapsed everyone was outside all looking at it. Yugi saw no sign of the pharaoh and tried using mind link. He heard the pharaoh respond him telling him he was right next to him. Yugi knew the pharaoh was still in the puzzle...
