Author Note: Well hello people who actually read these. I haven't written a story in a long while. I'm out of practice but I decided to get back into the groove. Give me a shout out and plenty of plot bunnies~

Rain fell from the night sky as a boy in a red hoodie quickly ran through the woods. His breathing was coming in short gasps of air as he ran. He glanced quickly behind him to see a black shadow chasing after him. The boy cursed under his breath as he started to weave through the trees trying desperately to lose the shadow.
The boy ran through the woods and ended up at a cliff edge. He cursed as he looked around trying to find a way to escape or hide. A low growling came from behind him. The boy froze and cursed as he slowly turned around to watch glowing red eyes emerge from the woods. A giant black wolf stalked forward growling at the boy. The boy put his hands up in an act of surrender and took a step back. The wolf continued forward towards the boy as the boy continue to step back till he no longer could without falling off the cliff.
"Come on, listen I know I look tasty and all but trust me I am not! I'm all skin and bones and you know I don't smell good anymore since I just ran through the woods and I am all sweaty. Plus I'm pretty sure we ran past some really tasty looking deer that definitely had more meat on them then me." The boy stuttered out as he tried to reason to the giant wolf. The wolf let out a loud growl and leaped at the boy. "How did my life end up like this?" The boy muttered out as the wolf attacked him.
Author Note: and yea, did I make mention to the fact I haven't written in a long time. So my get back into the groove story will be really short chapters. That way I don't lose interest in it like my other ones.
