Hydro stood by the fountain, 'what could possibly be taking her so long?' the Empoleon hybrid thought as he looked around for his friend, when suddenly, "Hydro!" a voice called out to him, he turned and saw his friend Haruka, a Sylveon hybrid, running towards him. "Haruka, you're late, again." Hydro said, Haruka was always late to everything, and in the six years that he knew her, he still wasn't sure why. "Sorry Hydro! I promise I won't be late again!" Haruka replied. 'She always says that' thought Hydro. "So, what do you want to do today?" asked Haruka joyfully. "I don't know, how about the park?" Hydro replied. "Oooh! The park sounds fun!" Haruka exclaimed, "Let's go!" And so, the Empoleon and Sylveon hybrid walked the path to the park together, as two dark figures watched from the shadows.
