"I don't know what to do. If it was my song choice I'd have this down," Fuuka complained of her audition. Contestants had to pull a song out of a bag and had two days to create a dance and learn the lyrics.

"Well, at least you know the lyrics already, you just need to create a dance," her brother commented while practicing his stances.

"I've never seen an audition like this though, it takes me weeks to make a dance to a song I like, and this one I'm not even fond of," she replied matching his stances.

"I like the song," he smiled turning to her.

"Then help me," she insisted, pulling out a cd player, putting the song on repeat.

Surprisingly, Takaharu could dance. His sister wouldn't admit it, but he might even dance better than her. He kept suggesting moves, twists and turns. Stepping right, then left.

After a few hours, Fuuka decided, "I think we've got it down."

"I think this will be perfect," Takaharu smiled back, "for your audition and something else I've been thinking of…"

She looked at him in confusion but knew better than to ask.

He started his plan hoping that the person in mind was where they were meant to be.

He entered the shuriken for surfermaru, calling it to him. The door opened, and a head topped with a cowboy hat popped out, holding a sandwich in one hand, drink in the other.

"You forgot to take the shuriken with you," Takaharu laughed.

"I've been gone a week and now you tell me?" Kinji said still confused about why his temporary home was summoned.

"I have a question for you," Takaharu climbed into surfermaru and making starninger sit.

He pressed play on a cd player he hid with a jutsu and started the song.

Takaharu didn't sing but he mouthed the lyrics.

"Take me on a trip; I'd like to go some day

Take me to New York I'd love to see LA

I really want to, come kick it with you,

You'll be my American Boy, American Boy."

When the lyrics, "Would you be my American boy," were sang, he spoke out loud, asking the shocked ninja.

As the song ended, Kinji gained his composure and stood up, "You could have just asked," he smiled softly.

"After helping make the dance with Fuuka, I was too fired up to just ask," Takaharu admitted.

"Just quit summoning surfermaru while I'm eating and you've got yourself a deal," Kinji put his hand behind Takaharu's head and gave him a small kiss, "Where to first?"
