Summary: Mark realizes Benny is
really slow.
Category: Humor!
Rating: T for extreme safety. I'm
not kidding; it's for like one swear word.
A/N: This is a really
stupid one-shot I thought of today during French. If you've never
heard the OBC, you may not get the references.
Disclaimer: I own
nothing.
"How is the drama queen?" Benny asked through the phone after calling for the rent for the tenth time that week.
"She's performing tonight," Mark answered. He and Roger were sitting on their table; both listening to the one phone.
"I know," their ex-friend replied, "Still her production manager?"
"Two days ago I was bumped," Mark responded sadly.
"You still dating her?"
"Last month I was dumped."
"She's in love!" Roger interjected. Mark just glared at him.
"She's got a new man?" the landlord questioned.
"Well, no." Mark knew where this was going.
"What's his name?"
"Joann," Roger said at the time as Mark. He caught a glare from the filmmaker.
"Rent, my amigos, is due, or I will have to evict you," Benny said before hanging up.
…………………………………………………………………………Later that night…………………………………………………………………………
Allison was lying in bed with her husband when he started laughing all of the sudden.
"What is it, Benny?"
"I have to call Mark!" he gasped out.
Mark awoke to the phone ringing. "What?"
He heard laughing on the other end.
"She dumped your sorry ass for a girl!" he kept on laughing.
Mark sighed and replied "Wow, Benny. You are so slow," before hanging up to dream about Maureen.
Well, that was crap wasn't it? Oh, well. I needed to get the creative blood flowing. Did anyone else listen to Tune Up #2 and thought that Benny reacts better in the movie? Maybe it's just me, but review pretty please!
