Momo stared into the darkness, she just woke up from a nightmare...one of Albedo at the song of Nephilim. 'I can't sleep...not after that...' She quietly stood up, and walked out of her room to the park. When she got there it was empty and quiet, the only noise in the air was the humming of the cleaning bugs. She slowly walked to her favorite bench, the one right by the fountain. The fountain was beautifully lit in the darkness. She stared at the cleaning bugs, they were beautiful, lighting up the dark room. Momo smiled looking at them, then she heard someone come through the doors. Momo slowly turned, a little scared. But then all traces of worry were erased just as fast as they appeared, "Hi Jr., what are you doing up?" Jr. walked in and smiled as he sat beside her. "I couldn't sleep...why are you up?" Momo smiled at him and looked at the pretty well-lit water fountain, "I couln't sleep either...I had a nightmare." Jr. looked at her for a moment. "What about?" Momo slowly turned her gaze to the floor, "The Song of Nephilim..." Jr.'s face stared at her with a trace of guilt, "Momo...I won't let anything happen to you ever again...I promise." Momo looked at him and smiled. "I know..." Jr. returned her smile, and they sat gazing at the lightning bugs that went around the fountain in silence. Jr. slowly glanced at Momo, he loved spending time with her. She always made him feel at peace. Momo looked at him. "Jr., what are you going to do when we return to Second Miltia?" Jr. paused for a minute before answering, "I haven't really thought about it, I guess I will just go back to working with the Durandle or Elsa. What are you going to do?" Momo looked a little sad. "Everyone is going to leave...what if we don't see each other anymore?" Momo's eyes were filled with tears. Jr. gently put his arm around her. "Hey Momo, Ziggy will visit you a lot since Dr.Mizrahi is doing more data-check ups on him, and Chaos isn't going to be doing too much work, and Shion and Kos-Mos have been transferred to the Second R&D Divsion in Second Miltia, so there's nothing to get upset about." Momo looked at Jr., who smiled at her. "Thanks Jr., but what about you...won't you come too?" Jr.'s smile grew bigger, "You know it! Whenever you want me to come, I will be there.." Momo hugged Jr. and leaned on his shoulder, "I'm glad to hear that." After about 10 minutes just sitting there together in silence, Jr. looked at Momo. "Momo it's getting pretty late, we should go back to bed." She slowly sat up and looked down at the ground. Jr. noticed the hesitation from her. "What's wrong?" "What if I have the nightmare again?" Jr. looked at her as she stared at the ground. "I guess you could sleep with me if you wanted to..." Momo smiled at him. "Really?" "Yeah, why not?" Momo looked a lot happier. "Ok." Jr. slowly stood up, and held out his hand for her. Momo stood up as well taking his hand. They slowly walked out of the park together, hand in hand. When they got to Jr.'s room they crawled into his bed. "Are you sure you don't mind?" Momo asked sitting by him. "No not at all." He turned off the light and they layed there for a few minutes in the dark. Momo slowly scooted over to Jr. until her side was touching his. He smiled in the dark as he soon heard her breathing, and he could tell she had fallen asleep. "Good night Momo, I love you..." He softly kissed her on her cheek, and soon Jr. fell asleep also, his arm around Momo.
