Ch 1: Suffocating

The world is suffocating me,

But no matter how hard I try,

I can't seem to breathe,

The world is crashing around me,

Falling down one by one,

Will anyone save me?

Or will you all leave me here to die?

The world is suffocating me,

Its getting harder to breathe,

All I can do is watch in horror as the world crashes around me,

Does anyone care that I'm slowly being smothered?

The world is suffocating me,

But no one seems to care,

That I can't seem to breathe,

As the world crashes around me,

I ask myself,

"Does anyone care?"
